Refund Policy
- Damaged Plants: Notify us within 48 hours with your order number and photo. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 5 business days.
- Wrong Product Delivered: Contact us within 48 hours. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.
- Non-Delivery or Lost Orders: If your order isn’t delivered or is lost, we’ll issue a full refund within 3 days after courier confirmation.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
