Credit Card Payments

Buyer represents and warrants that (i) the credit card information supplied to Paudhshala.com is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer will be honored by the Buyer's credit card company

 

 EDITING, DELETING, AND MODIFICATION

Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to edit or delete any information or content appearing on the Site and to remove any goods and services for sale. Upon notice published over the Service, Company may modify this Contract, or prices, and may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Site in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Modification of this Contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Site with respect to transactions occurring after said date.

 RIGHT TO REFUSE

Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time for any reason we desire. 

CANCELLATION

In the event of a change of mind you have the right to cancel your order and this will be actioned as long as your order has not yet been shipped. You must contact us as soon as you can to arrange this.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for full refund if they are not shipped yet.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

Damaged Plants:

If your plant or product arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photo of damaged plant if possible.

We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or full refund within 5 business days.

Wrong Product Delivered:

If you receive an incorrect plant, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as per customers preference.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Non-Delivery or Lost Orders:

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund within 3 days.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days( in most cases its done on the same day ) depending on your payment method and bank processing time.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns & Replacements

In some cases, we may require the return of the damaged or incorrect product.
