Euphorbia leuconeura, the Madagascar jewel, is a species of plant in the Euphorbiaceae family. It is endemic to Madagascar. Its natural habitat is forest undergrowth in rocky areas. It can grow to a height of 1.8 m, as a branching small tree, and propagates by shooting its seeds several feet into the air.

The Madagascar Jewel is a native plant found in nature only in Madagascar, and is disappearing from nature due to the destruction of its natural habitat.

The Madagascar Jewel grows a line of small white flowers year round along its stem, and propagates by SHOOTING its seeds up to 10 feet (3 Meters) away from the mother plants.

The Madagascar Jewel can grow up to 6 feet high (2 Meters), and lives for many years as a perennial plant. It can grow indoors, as a common house plant, and is fairly easy to grow.

The Madagascar Jewel prefers warm temperatures year round, and watering once-twice a week, is relatively robust, and can tolerate over-watering, and even under watering.
