Anthocephalus cadamba most commonly known as kadam tree in India is a very tall tree which can grow up to 140 feet.

The flowers of kadam tree are considered very sacred in Hinduism as the tree had direct connection with  Lord Krishna and its flowers are offered in the temples.

It is native to South and Southeast Asia, its flowers are scented orange and very commonly used in making perfumes.
